The Contractor is the Azvirt - Azerbaijan The anticipated deadline for completion of works is the first quarter of the 2019. Section Caričina Dolina - Vladičin Han, L= 14,3 km The performance of works is financed by the EIB. LOT 4 - Manajle tunnel.
